TMS are delighted to announce the launch of our sister company – The Letting Store

And even better…………….

We’re offering a full letting management service for 8.0% pa.

Many of our customers are now keeping properties that historically they would have sold in order to optimize the potential for income now and capital growth later.

With this in mind we were keen to be able to offer a competitive, service driven resource for existing and new Customers in addition to our normal mortgage broking proposition so we set up The Letting Store.

We have tried to price ourselves very well in the market without being detrimental to the standards you expect, an example of this being our full management service at 8.0% pa.

We would be pleased to talk through our service to anyone that may be considering a change of lettings management provider or may be fed up with managing their investment property or properties themselves.

The Letting Store can offer ‘find a tenant only’, full management or just tenant referencing services if required so if you’d like to talk your requirements through with a Lettings Adviser….
